I loveeeee Jordan! She does an amazing job on my nails every single time. She’s professional, talented, and always makes sure my nails come out perfect. I always leave happy and get so many compliments. Highly recommend booking with her!
I love this salon because of the diversity seen in nail techs. My favorite tech is Jackie. She is exceptional with attention to detail and catering to client preferences and not only what is aesthetic my pleasing but also medically/hygwnically needed! My girl Jackie is the best. Finally found me a nail tech that gets me on so many levels. She’s done my nails a few times now and they always last up to 3 weeks, look amazing and I get so many compliments on her work. Side note: I’ve been going to this nail salon since right before 2020 and I’ve never had any issues or complaints. Everyone here does excellent work, they’re polite and they always have a front desk concierge. The pedicures are also great and pricing is competitive relative to the current market.
I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. The experience in the shop was good. However, in less than 3 days, the manicure started chipping on both hands. Now, I have to remove the polish. That's $50 down the drain. I'm so disappointed because I really liked the color. Despite their response below, they did not provide a mutually acceptable solution. I am glad others have had positive visits here, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I always go to JORDAN when I come to Pink Nails & Spa. She’s the best. Hospitality is 10/10 very great service and she’s super quick. She never disappoints and my nails are always so sleek and clean and don’t let me get into the retention OMG! She has to force me to come back to get them done because of how long they last.
