I adore this place - The service is always really friendly and professional. I go to Kim, who's my nail artist. Really lovely and affordable service. She's always a delight to work with. Clean. Professional and the service is fast, and attentive. Definitely consider this space over other Williamsburg nail spots.
First time here today. Good pedicure and manicure. Clean and great environment. Everyone was friendly. The only disappointment was is that over an hour and a half later and my nails never set/dried. They’re all scuffed up. I don’t know what happened but this has definitely never happened before getting manicures. I let them dry at salon and even in my car after I left for another 5-10. Even now tying this almost 2 hrs later I can push on them and they still smudge
Shady business. They refused to honor a gift certificate for the full purchased value, claiming that the business has changed hands and they cannot verify the amount.
