This place was absolutely fantastic! Very caring and friendly staff. The facility is beautiful and the doctor explained everything and was very thorough. I highly recommend Pink Monarch.
I totally recommend this facility for anyone who is looking for a great experience with a group of compassionate, kind, professional Healthcare workers. I decided to come to them at the last minute because of neglect that took place at another facility I have been going to for years, They were so welcoming from the time I called to make my appointments. Even the Radiologist on staff is wonderful. I have not one bad thing to say about this group. They are simply just AMAZING
I can not say enough amazing things about Pink Monarch North location and their entire staff. I went to my OB for a routine annual exam and was sent over to Pink Monarch for some tests after. I was scared bc it was unexpected and at 34, I had no idea what a mammogram entailed. From the second I walked in the door, I felt a sense of relief. Today was the first time in all my years going here that I had to wait more than 5 mins (20 mins) past my appt time. I am NOT complaining. They only reason there was a wait is because they only had 1 tech. With the flu raging in GA it is very understandable. And a 20 min wait is nothing compared to other medical offices I've been to.
