A friend of mine (least likely to join a pink gym) introduced me to Pink Iron in February of this year (2020). I too am not a gym rat and prefer exercising outdoors, but have lost a lot of core and arm strength focusing too much on cardio. These workouts are fun, engaging, diverse, different every time, and provide balanced, whole-body strength and cardio training. I've been meaning to get a tour of this place, it's all classes of all types, from yoga to weight lifting. It's only for women, so that it's a warmer and friendlier space to do different work outs. It seems to focus on self improvement and strength rather than competition. I believe that o ce you've joined, that the first 2 weeks are free?? Unsure.
