I would not recommend this company for ANY sort of personal delivery!! I placed what should have been a simple birthday balloon delivery as a surprise for my brother's 50th birthday party. Since I couldn't attend, I wanted the bouquet as a fun tribute AND as decor for his party. The driver CLAIMED he went to the address & no one answered the door...which was b.s.
