friendly service but had to wait at-least half an hour in the chair before someone came over to me. when i first arrived i was waiting by the front desk awkwardly without being greeted even though several staff members saw me. my appointment, low/highlights ended up taking four hours and i was the last one in the salon when closing
I had a keratin smoothing treatment and trim last week with Nicki and Sheree. Thank you girls, you are angels. I have never loved my hair so much 💕
Had a fabulous experience here with a last minute appointment before Xmas. Great salon and good central location. Emma was lovely as a stylist
