I recently purchased a Groupon deal for electrolysis services at this establishment. Unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. I highly recommend seeing Crystal. She does amazing work. I had several procedures through her, one of which is a massage. She kneaded the knots out so well that I was able to fully turn my head with ease which is something I haven't been able to do in a long time. The spa room is very clean and organized. She has a warm demeanor. I highly recommend booking with her.

I booked an appointment for a manzilian and massage. Crystal took her time locating all my knots and tight muscles then kneaded them like they were dough. Afterwards, I could not believe how GOOD my body felt. Crystal was very patient, consummate professional and an expert at her craft. I left Pink Essence Beauty Lounge feeling like a new man. I challenge every woman and man to go and book one appointment with her. It definitely will not be your last.

I contacted Crystal after being in pain for 2 weeks (from shoveling snow). I had back and shoulder pain that was bringing tears to my eyes. I couldn’t even take a full breath without pain on my side. Crystal had the table warmed and waiting for me and asked lots of questions about my movement and aches. I was able to feel, see and HEAR as she irked the knots from my spine and back. I have been coming to Crystal for massage and facial services for years now! I drive all the way from the Arundel Mills/Ft. Meade area because I refuse to let anyone else touch my face.
