55k wasted, installed last October and hasn't worked since, and now it's Generacs fault for making a part that these idiots installed improperly. This little bitty man that runs Pink energy acts like nothing is his fault, but I paid 53k for my truck and if something goes wrong with it I take it back to the dealership I bought it from, not the factory that made the parts...stand by the product you're selling and fix it.
Installed a solar system on my home that has never worked properly. Informed me today that they will no longer service my broken Generac system. Worst purchase I ever made! Wish the company would stand behind the product the sale and let me return it for a full refund.
This review is in reference to the account under the name Mel Monsein. We have spent multiple hours on the phone over multiple days to get in touch with anyone. When we finally talked to someone, they scheduled someone to come out to our property two weeks out. When they arrived, they told us that they weren’t trained on our system and couldn’t tell us if the system was working to produce solar energy or not. The workers did a great job working sufficiently together. They were all very mannered men and treated my home and my family( and Bassett hound,lol) with respect. I highly recommend this company.
