I called Pink Duck Plumbing on Monday to schedule an appointment for a plumber to identify the cause of a water leak in my kitchen. On Tuesday, Manuel came to my house and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. The leak was behind the cabinet wall under the sink and was caused by a very old galvanized pipe that had rusted through and causing the water leak. Once again, Pink Duck came through for me. The technician, Hunter was so personable and very knowledgeable! He identified my issue and took care of the problem promptly and efficiently! And the cost was so reasonable and fair. I highly, highly recommend the company and Hunter.
While installing a new hot water heater, Justin and Hunter from Pink Duck Plumbing were found to be reliable, professional and communicative. They arrived in the scheduled time window, explained plumbing functions and issues well, and acted professionally in both conduct and appearance. Pink Duck Plumbing communicated often before, during and after the appointment. I was highly satisfied with their work and will use them again.
Great experience from the initial appointment setup to completion. Hunter and Manuel kept me informed with each step of the job . I appreciate them taking the time to explain things to me. The job was still completed very quickly. I am glad I called Pink Duck!
