With a "wet" musky smelling crawl space and concerns of a plumbing leak, we called Pink Duck and had same day results. Manuel Moreno came out and evaluated the entire home, covered all four corners underneath the house and found no leaks. Now we have some other plumbing upgrades in the works to make the plumbing system even better. The thoroughness and pleasant attitude from Manuel was a breath of fresh air, in addition to making sure every thing was put back in order as he found it.
The real deal. I got a message saying Manuel was en route including his bio and van-tracking info. On time and professional. Diagnosed the problem and reviewed an itemized estimate with me. Had everything needed to fix it on his van. Fixed it. Rolled out. Thanks Manuel!
This company is the real deal! I haven’t left a review on a company in awhile but Pink Duck exceeded my expectations. The receptionist Abby was outstanding and made scheduling my appointment way too easy. Justin came out the very next day and provided top tier service. He Evaluated the issue, gave me 3 quotes to choose from and explained everything very well. I chose to do the easier “simple fix” quote first and Justin got after it. Justin B was amazing! He fixed what I needed to be done and he also took the time to explain some other areas that need improvement with my kitchen and laundry plumbing. He gave me an estimate for those and told me to call when I was ready to have those completed. Super knowledgeable and very professional!
