We had a wonderful experience with Manuel. He was reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything, worked incredibly hard, and never cut corners. The quality of his workmanship exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated working with someone who is honest, communicates well, and genuinely cares about the finished result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pink Duck Plumbing and we'll definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.
Lawrence came out and was very nice, friendly, and professional. We had two issues and he looked at both and listened to our concerns and provided options for next steps. He fixed our issue quickly and ensured proper function before leaving. It was a great, short visit! Oh and he wore boot covers to protect our floor which I thought was a nice gesture and left a little pink duck which my 2 year old appreciated!
I needed an outdoor faucet repaired as well as one installed in my basement. They arrived within the time frame specified. The work was done by someone who loves their job. Would highly recommend! I enjoyed the pink duck that was left behind too :)
Justin, Lawrence, and Conner did an amazing job on my historic home repairs. They performed a replacement of the copper main supply lines in the home to improve overall water pressure. They also did a full replacement of the main sewer line out to the city tie-in, including excavation. Work was done well and promptly, minimizing impact to the household and did an excellent job of communicating any information. When needed, they even made some temporary connections for overnight use. Definitely recommend.
My bathtub was not draining. After trying several different methods myself with no success, I called Pink Duck. Hunter the technician arrived within a couple hours. He had the drain cleared in about 15 minutes. He was fast, friendly and professional. I recommend and will call Pink Duck again if I need a plumber again.
