While installing a new hot water heater, Justin and Hunter from Pink Duck Plumbing were found to be reliable, professional and communicative. They arrived in the scheduled time window, explained plumbing functions and issues well, and acted professionally in both conduct and appearance. Pink Duck Plumbing communicated often before, during and after the appointment. I was highly satisfied with their work and will use them again.
When a small leak reared its ugly head, Pink Duck was the only company I wanted to call. They did not disappoint! I was contacted the morning after submitting a request (I submitted the request on Sunday) and Miguel was at my house that afternoon. From the calls we made and talked to Abby we were very pleased. She was personable and answered all our questions. Manuel was great in figuring out the leak issues. Manuel and Conner both were very pleasant to work with. They fixed both outside faucets. My wife even made cookies for both of them. The whole experience was great. Would certainly use this company again!
