Clean and nice experience. Savannah is very helpful.
Continually raising rents. Like every other month. Saying they can’t stop it and that it’s out of their hands. Savanna did nothing to help the situation they literally just raised me from 295$ to 320$ and now they are increasing to 350$. They are also increasing without fixing key things like the messed up exiting keypad. We are small business trying to survive and here they go raising prices so often.
Savannah was amazing with helping me today. She answered all my questions. I will recommend others to come here.
My grandma who is over 90 years old has received not one but two rental increase notices and she hasn't been here for a whole year. Also a red flag that I noticed are all the alleged five star reviews by people who have made less than half a dozen reviews. Looks like they are buying fake reviews in my opinion. Will be working to move my grandma's stuff out ASAP due to the unjustified rent increases.
