Without prior notice, we were denied access to my storage unit, even though we have been there for over five years and have never been late with our payments, I called and Adam told me that he couldn't do anything, that the only person could solve the problem was the General Manager. Honestly , not really sure how we feel about these units, hence why we switched, we own a business, and our stuff has to remain at a certain temperature, upon arrival the very first day here I was appalled, the temperature was no different from outside too our inside "air conditioned unit" instantly, i was upset. I attempted to reserve a unit online, and proceeded to fill out the rental documentation online. Doing all this gave me a unit, as well as an access code. After a cross country move, we arrived at the facility on Monday afternoon to begin unloading into the storage unit, and found that my access code did not work. We attempted to call a couple of numbers posted, and eventually texted someone who told us we would need to come in tomorrow to resolve this situation and get a new code.
