When I was looking for storage over the phone Jen was professional and courteous. When we were on site she continued with great customer service to show us the options and get the right size storage for our needs.
Jen was amazing at meeting our needs. She explained everything and didn’t leave any of my questions unanswered.
What a great welcome I received and what a class act. Not just a new high end facility but solid service with caring staff and lease policies that make sense. Refreshing!
Was great when we first started renting a unit, unfortunately life happens and they are unwilling to work with me in any way they care more about their policies then the people that pay the bills. Egar to take your money not flexible when life happens.
