From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the customer service was excellent. The technician arrived exactly when promised and worked efficiently while still being very thorough. He showed me the amount of dust and lint that had built up in the system and explained how cleaning it helps improve air quality and safety. The amount of lint removed from the vent system was surprising. After the cleaning, drying times improved noticeably and the dryer seemed to operate much more efficiently. The area behind the dryer was also cleaned carefully, which made the whole setup feel safer.
