I enjoy each class and definitely leave feeling confident and I steadily surprise myself with what moves I can actually do! Dance instructors are very understanding and always patient. What does as we learn new routines! Definitely will recommend to any girl that wants to have mine and exercise at the same time!
Had the most amazing time celebrating my friend’s birthday! My first time ever taking a pole class, and it was amazing. Quay made all of us feel super comfortable, and I genuinely love how intimate the setting is. I’ll be back very soon, and will continue to show love, support, and recommend you ladies!
