I have been so comfortable with my experiences in Pink Carat. They have remodelled rings, enlarged rings, and repaired old jewellery for me. All the staff are very accommodating. Bevan is so informative and Elizabeth is so knowledgeable as a gemologist. From being wary of jewellers I now have full confidence in Pink Carat.
Highly recommend the service and quality. Had some pieces cleaned and mended and the service was friendly, professional, timely, and the quality of the work was top notch. They took time to go through all of my pieces and explain what is necessary and involved, so I felt safe leaving my beloved heirlooms and will certainly use the service again for the next bunch of clean and mend.
