DO NOT GET YOIR LASHES DONE HERE! I've been going to dulce for years. My last visit with her, I had an eyelash poking my eye, and tried to contact her about it and did not get a response until a few days later. Finally she addressed the situation and offered me to come back to get a free fill. Why would I go back? I asked her for my money back because this is a health hazard. Very pretty salon and very polite employees, but I unfortunately walked out with two different eyebrow shapes.
Terrible with eyebrows, she didn't do them they way I wanted, they were too thin and went with however she wanted and my eyebrows were uneven
