Paid $80 for my brows to be waxed, tinted and laminated and they looked horrible. First thing I heard when I got home was “why do your eyebrows look like that?!” And that says enough about… they are so uneven and look wonky.
Honestly im super annoyed/pissed - all of the above. I first got a facial treatment done, the machine was messing up, the girl apologized comp’d me for the inconvience. I would 10/10 come back to her - no doubt. Then I went to a different room to get my lashes lifted by Cristal. She had her child in the room. Ofc he is just a kid doing kid things (this is NOT a place for kids just saying from a customer stand point). Love this salon! My technician was Paris who did my nails Very knowledgeable and so sweet! Her place was setup very cute. Nice and clean! Felt very comfortable with her and conversation is always good! Thanks Paris for the pretty nails
