I stopped by twice during their listed business hours — once on Sunday and again on Wednesday. The first time, the entire place was locked and no one was there. The second time, the medical office next door was open and the studio’s door was unlocked, so I walked in, but there was still no one inside. I even asked the medical office staff, and they said the studio was supposed to be open. I went back to my car and called twice, but no one answered. Very disappointing experience.

Extremely Unprofessional I had made an appointment for lash extensions and showed up 10 minutes early, waited for Diana 20 minutes, let alone no one talk to me about her not being there, after asking someone there she told me that Diana had an emergency while she was just speaking with her over the phone and offered to see me the next day If someone truly had an emergency, they would’ve called their client to reschedule the appointment. This place went completely downhill after some management changes ( i guess)? The service is nothing like it used to be. Every time I call to make an appointment they put me on hold for 15 minutes or more and never come back to the phone. It’s unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows how little they value their clients’ time. I used to trust this place, but with the way they’re operating now, I can’t recommend them to anyone.
