RUN AWAY ! Terrible experience, most unprofessional staff starting with front desk to the hygiene of this place. Rude staff and ignoring all around. I had paid cash $200 for 2 laser removal with Mano. I have called a couple of weeks ahead and cancelled the 2nd one since no additional need. I was told AT THAT TIME ONLY that the policy of the store is no refund. I have not used the 2nd service and no one let me know of this store policy or given an alternative. Manager never called back. If I could rate it at less than a star, it would be fair enough. The worst experience ever. The front desk not professional at all. Walked in and they are all in their phone. Asked to pay the deposit everyone is giving different amount for me to pay! Till they called the stylist! Anyway I booked for the bride and bridesmaid and an emergency came up, so had to change the date which is in summer. They refuse to offer me any service even if I would go same day !
