The service itself was good, but the front desk experience was bad. Katya was rude and unprofessional. There was no warmth or basic customer service, and it negatively affected the entire visit. Even with good service, the way customers are treated at the front desk matters, and this really took away from the experience.

This is my favorite salon now. I come here regularly for manicure, pedicure, brows, and hair, and I’m always happy with the results. Anna Maria is truly the best professional you could ask for. She always gives honest advice and helps you choose what will look best specifically for you. I can say with confidence that this is one of the best trips to salons in my life, Anna-Maria has wonderful golden hands that can cope with my hair today we did styling for a very important event and I'm sure I look 200%!!🩷🩷🩷 I know how hard it is to deal with my difficult heavy hair, but Maria did it with ease and everything went very quickly, pleasant atmosphere and with very tasty coffee, thanks to the salon for the opportunity to feel like a real princess🫶🏼🫶🏼🔥🔥🔥🩷🩷🩷
