The woman who was there the morning of 6/9 (I'm sorry, I should have asked her name) was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, kind, and attentive, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. I also wanted to recognize how much she was handling on her own. It appeared that she was doing my full set, answering the phone, and helping customers who walked in, all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
