A year ago I left a review that gave great praise to Shannon’s work and gave her 5 stars. However, her attitude and professionalism deserve zero stars. Over the year, I purchased three units from Shannon. I spent over $2000. The installation of my first unit did not last three days. I informed Shannon that I sweat a lot.
