Upon entering the salon, I was greeted with a smile from one of Shannon’s clients and then greeted by the stylist herself with a big smile and a hug. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy. I loved how she kept asking me if I was OK, and asking me how I felt during the process. She was very attentive to my feelings which was a plus for me, but I need to go back to the consultation. I definitely wish that there was a rating lower than 1star, to express the level of how unprofessional this Pink and Pouty Studio is. I paid for a wig in Feb, 2025 and had throughout the process of customizing the wig had been patiently waiting until I was then called from a supposed to be employee of Pink and Pouty after my calls were ignored then of course the price went from $750 to $864 when I had supposedly received a discount and that was the old price from 2023, yet she honored the price when I was told to pay more I ... read more

A year ago I left a review that gave great praise to Shannon’s work and gave her 5 stars. However, her attitude and professionalism deserve zero stars. Over the year, I purchased three units from Shannon. I spent over $2000. The installation of my first unit did not last three days. I informed Shannon that I sweat a lot.
