I came over from Melbourne after having an accident over there and when i got to Pinjarra Doctors (seeing Dr Emma) i couldn't believe the level of support I got. From the reception staff and all of the way through, they've been kind, caring, and supportive; they have a very human based approach to healthcare. The main question i ask myself is, would i go back? and the answer is not only yes, but i've since relocated to Perth and will drive an hour to go back, no hesitation. I go to Pinjarra Doctors regular
Apparently they'd removed my pension card because "it was expired", although it's not. They're wanting to charge me $100 for a consultation, saying I need to contact Centrelink to sort out my card. I cancelled the appointment and rebooked in Mandurah within 5 minutes, no hassle at all! I'll never go back to Pinjarra Doctors. 1 star because I can't give less.
I am happy to finally have a Dr. Emma as my GP. She looked after me and my mum when we where in Broome. She is the best example of what a GP should be, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for taking me in and Pinjarra is lucky to have you. The receptionists are all lovely and the clinic is well kept and organised. More power to Pinjarra Doctors.
