Apparently they'd removed my pension card because "it was expired", although it's not. They're wanting to charge me $100 for a consultation, saying I need to contact Centrelink to sort out my card. I cancelled the appointment and rebooked in Mandurah within 5 minutes, no hassle at all! I'll never go back to Pinjarra Doctors. 1 star because I can't give less.
I am happy to finally have a Dr. Emma as my GP. She looked after me and my mum when we where in Broome. She is the best example of what a GP should be, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for taking me in and Pinjarra is lucky to have you. The receptionists are all lovely and the clinic is well kept and organised. More power to Pinjarra Doctors.
I rang this morning to book in a skin check and it just so happened that there had just been a cancellation so I was able to be seen within an hour. I seen Dr Jan van Vollenstee who was such a beautifully kind, caring and gentle soul. I felt I was in very good hands and I will now be recommending my whole family to Dr Jan van Vollenstee should they ever need anything medically because I know they will be very well heard, seen & taken care of. Doctor Hanna vosted and Annalise and very kind and know what they are doing Receptionist and very sweet to. Wonderful place will recommend!
Whent their and doctors gave a little medication and somehow magically fixed all my sickness! All doctors are rather great same as the entire place overall.
