Not very satisfied. I wasted one hour of my time today with a very sick new born. I called ahead of time to ensure they accepted my insurance before heading out as I knew It was over a 30 minute drive. I verified over the phone with the receptionist they did take my insurance so loaded the car with the newborn. En pininos solo te atiende pura enfermera. El doctor solo atendio 1 vez a mi hijo y fue cuando nacio en el hospital. La verdad no pierdan su tiempo aquí. En caso de una emergencia ellos no te van a atender tanto en la clínica ni por llamada. Mucho menos los fines de semana.
We came at 531 and it was closed
Estuve hablando un sábado a las 12:00pm necesitaba ayuda con mi niño enfermo. Hablé y no contestaron. Fui hasta la clínica y había letreros de cerrado, cuando en Google aparecía que estaba abierto. Si necesitas ayuda es mejor que busques otro lugar ya que aquí al parecer no abren.
I drove to the urgent care at 8 pm on Saturday and it was closed. I called the number and no one answered. It’s frustrating to drive across town with a sick baby and it being closed when both online and the sign on the door says it should be open
