As first time home buyers, we were struggling with taking the step between pre-qualifying and buying. Ping has been an amazing real estate agent! She walked us through the steps of the buying process so that we understood how it worked and knew what to expect. She read the documents and discussed the details with us, like the HOA, disclosures, etc. The HOA document was very long and she read it to understand it and make sure there were no gotchas.
