We no longer recommend Beaumont Hospital Trenton. They are releasing my mother in law without doing a Covid test before she is released to us to bring home. she was admitted last week and tested positive for Covid with difficulty breathing. When we found out she was positive, we had 10 family members that were exposed when she was home, and all of us had to go get tested for the virus. We are now thinking that she may not have been tested for Covid before they released her from the same hosptial about 3 weeks ago. The hospit... read more

Received a bill from Beaumont for services from TWO YEARS ago. I am currently paying off a large bill from an admission for labor and delivery and post pregnancy complications. When I called to discuss my payment options I was told “well Beaumont has been waiting for their money” and there wasn’t much to be done. I am so disappointed that an institution I’ve always used for my healthcare would be so unwilling to work with me when I am already currently paying such a large bill and simply need a little extra time.

My 83 year old mom was admitted 2 days ago at the royal oak hospital and understandably family was not permitted to be with her. Communication was definitely lacking and the doctors would not respond to our messages left with the nurse. They treated her as if there was an infection although no test results showed an infection. I have never dealt with a system that’s such a hot mess , as I write this my 89 year old mother in law is sitting at the south entrance waiting to be picked up , we were told a nurse would be there to explain discharge info , NOTHING!!!!!! Dr Robbins is amazing a d if it wasn’t for him no body would have communicated with us , thank you thank you thank you DR Robbins , yet as a system Beaumont doesn’t know what one hands doing with the other , I wouldn’t unless life threatening go to Beaumont
