I ordered a custom fit set of irons through my local PGA superstore in April. I was told at that time, shipping would happen in 4-6 weeks, because that's what Ping tells their distributors. In 6 weeks, I had my local sure check my order status, and was told "Ping says your clubs will now ship on June 12th." June 12 came, and after another call was told "Ping now says June 22nd." I purchased 2 full sets of ping irons 1 for myself and 1 for my father. After having issues spraying the ball everywhere I went back to my old callaway irons. I went to 3 other fitters to show them the issues with my g400's and they stated I was not fitted properly and to call ping since their customer service is great and they will fix the issies if you call them especially with as much money as I spent. I called ping and explained the situation and they wanted to charge me $85 a club to get my clubs reshafted and fitted ... read more
