I shouldn't have to have a bachelor's degree in your product to operate it but that's basically the gist of the issue. There seems to be an expectation from the support people that customers understand the product lingo.....for instance, Some support person asked me what the config of my "ognalls" were and my response was "what the hell is an ognall?". 2 years ago when I first started dealing with the product, I called for support and the phone tree went in a circle.....I couldn't talk to a real person OR leave a voicemail. ... read more
