Dr. Kroll is one of the best psychologists I’ve ever worked with and I’ve seen quite a few. Very thorough and helped me tremendously with her report and recommendations.
I have used this facility a couple times and each time the staff were nice and professional. I recommend them to anyone asking about a Psychologist.
Dr. Sydney was like a breath of fresh air...it wasn't like talking to a doctor, it was like talking to a friend who wants to help you. She was amazingly easy to talk with, and being an older guy (veteran) I was kinda leery about going...and didn't realize how wrong I could be in my preconceived notions of what it was all about. I cannot recommend her ENOUGH, and the entire staff were super welcoming, polite, and just good at what they did seemingly.
I called on a Monday, no answer. However, I did leave a message with name and phone number. I repeated it twice to ensure they didn’t miss the digits. 7 days later, still no return phone call. They’re too busy for new people, I guess.
