I have used this facility a couple times and each time the staff were nice and professional. I recommend them to anyone asking about a Psychologist.

Dr. Sydney was like a breath of fresh air...it wasn't like talking to a doctor, it was like talking to a friend who wants to help you. She was amazingly easy to talk with, and being an older guy (veteran) I was kinda leery about going...and didn't realize how wrong I could be in my preconceived notions of what it was all about. I cannot recommend her ENOUGH, and the entire staff were super welcoming, polite, and just good at what they did seemingly.

I called on a Monday, no answer. However, I did leave a message with name and phone number. I repeated it twice to ensure they didn’t miss the digits. 7 days later, still no return phone call. They’re too busy for new people, I guess.

I set up an over the phone appointment. It was clear on the website they were conducting phone interviews. I was even prepared to pay the $65 dollars just to talk for 45 minutes on the phone. They called me the day of to say they are not taking new clients or doing phone interviews. The woman that called sounded like she couldn’t care less. Just another wanna be professional in a town full of useless mental health services. If your not taking appointments turn off your damn website.
