I arrived at their place of business in Livingston about 10am to find the door locked and no one there to assist me. The sign on the door stated their business hours to be 9am to 5pm. I called the number listed, a gentleman answered & asked if he could help me. I explained I was at the location and needed assistance. He stated he didn't know why no one was there but would call to find out and call back. He called back & said the person would be there in a little bit.
