I reached out to Pineywoods, hoping to get an estimate for a repair. The woman I initially spoke with was pleasant and said she needed to check on a few details, assuring me she'd follow up the next day. She also encouraged me to call back if I didn’t hear from her. When I called back the next day, I spoke to the same woman, but her tone was noticeably different—less friendly and seemingly uninterested. Owner is rude and has anger issues. I had dropped off my WV Passat here and the car had a few issues. Had broken motor mounts and needed new front end axle. I had missed 1 call from the shop and the owner gave me a attitude when I came to pick up the car. He than told me I don't have enough money to fix everything that was wrong with my car. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone the owner lacks respect to their customers!
Pineywoods came highly recommended from a friend of ours. So glad we gave them a shot. We have had such bad luck with mechanics in Marion county, to finally find a knowledgeable, honest Automotive shop in Marion County is a big relief.
