This is one of very few places that have your own lot . This keeps the costs down . I pay like $300 monthly , this includes cable tv with premium channels . High speed internet . Trash pickup . Lawn care and all the ammenities the park has to offer . The lots are spread out better with wide streets . More so than new developments . I pay about $2000 a year taxes , but we own our lots . Our company Clean 2 Preserve does work in ALOT of 55 and over manufacturered home parks. Piney Point is our favorite, the people in this community are active with each other and friendly. The community is clean and very orderly. It is an amazing place with amazing people. If you are looking for a place to live and retire and actually have good friendly neighbors this is your place.
