The man who owns it keeps it nice and clean and secure. There are cameras and a locked gate at night. Plus he is a really nice guy.
The owner is not kind. He is not willing to work with anyone on anything. We have been trying to downsize our unit and he refuses to answer my messages. Yet, he will text me about my payment being due. He lacks respect for women and is not someone I recommend doing business with.
