I have had nothing but problems since I moved in March 2024 and still having issues especially with rent. The air NEVER circulates upstairs so we burn up during the summer. I have had the laundry room and downstairs bathroom flood from a busted pipe. Took months to get that fixed. The cheap knob in the shower broke causing hot water to drip for two months and my water bill skyrocketing. They finally fixed that. The kitchen sink constantly clogs. My daughter moved in in May at which time the smoke detector downstairs continuously alarmed, so they had to remove the battery to stop it. They have since contacted the leasing company on several occasions. The problem has yet to be rectified. She was told that the leasing office is unable to get in touch with the electrician. There must be electricians on the property as the are still building units. I feel like my daughter,s safety is compromised and there is little concern from the leasing office.

Great company as a whole ! Kori is the best to work with , she is the nicest and very responsive .
