I’ve spent nearly two years here, and the staff are fantastic. They made transitioning from a studio to a two-bedroom incredibly easy as our family expanded. It’s a great place, but there are two fair critiques worth noting: The Visitor Parking Issue: Visitor spots are constantly full because some residents use them to avoid paying the $35/month fee for a second vehicle. Does Epic Asset Management company train their employees right way? The management is terrible. If they're going to discriminate against elderly people (55+) or Section 8 voucher holders, they shouldn't be working there. She treated me like I was a major interruption to her day just because I was a section 8 holder. Back in February/March of this year, I tried to apply for a one bedroom apartment.
