I don't recommend moving to this community. The community manager will give you a notice for possession for non-payment of rent one day after the month has begun (THE SECOND OF THE MONTH) if she does not like you. We have until the fifth of the month before even being charged late fees typically. She abuses her power, absurdly yells at residents, and discriminates against you & harasses you if she does not like you (even if you have health disabilities like me).
