They don’t care about their tenants that have been paying their rent on time for years, the day after rent is due, they hound you for payment and file court papers and tack on court filing fees!!!!!! even though you have a 5 day grace period. I would never recommend them. They raise their rent almost $100 every year. I had no choice but to move because they wouldn’t work with me!
If you're looking to be harassed at an outstanding rate have your house gone through every 3 months and live in an environment where there are lots of thugs and criminals this is the perfect park for you if harassment will never end you will constantly receive eviction notices and written
