Terrible office. They charge you a tax if you are away for a bit. They add about $50 tax that is not going to practitioners. They should just beg people to help them pay their rent or move to a smaller facility. This is what happens when you are so far from the reality of the Canadians and the economy.
UPDATE: the doc was great (very patient and informative) but I'm still shaving off 2 stars because of their lack of communication about running late for over 20min. I rarely give bad reviews but they were highly unprofessional - we had a initial consult scheduled for 60min and the doctor was over 20min late with no communication from them until I had to email and call them. Even then I was told to wait and I'm currently still waiting for the doctor to show up. Can't say anything but the doctor's ability yet because I haven't... read more
