Excellent service was given in the restaurant and upon entering the hotel to get to the restaurant the staff were super friendly…the food was absolutely delicious we had the prime rib, wings, BLUE CHEESE BURGER YUMMY, and the basil and garlic ravioli…I highly recommend everyone to try 🤗

This hotel is okay. We were greeted with dozens of spiders all outside out door. Cobwebs everywhere and spiders everywhere. We had to get the staff to come sweep them away. We woke up the next morning and more decided to come and make webs all outside our door. Our door didn't close properly. It was very hard to open and close. Mabye get rid of the carpet in the rooms. Beautifully renovated rooms. We felt as if we were the first people to stay in them! Loved the new bathroom mirror lights. And when I forgot my wedding rings in the room, they were able to keep them safe for me for the week until they could be picked up. Thank you again!!

Minimal refund never processed!! No sheets on bed when i pulled cover off bed while on phone at 1030. Slept between cover and blanket. Office closed early sign clearly says 11pm, but no one present and calling number just got an answering machine. Lumpy mattress, ancient air conditioner Only good thing was shock front desk and housekeeping had when I complained at checkout. Neither manager Raj or Jag returned my call or called to apologize.
