They will try to sell you run down trailers tell you they're ready to go and then they need tons of work and then other people will come in here and buy a trailer for $400 after you pay five times as much if not more for one I recommend not going with them and also they do not do background checks on all people living in the trailer park so be careful
Tracie was amazing and easy to work with. She was extremely accommodating as I looked at several properties. The properties were freshly remodeled and looked nice.
