Most unprofessional incompetent and rude staff i’ve seen i can’t believe this place works with healthcare. Do not come here they never pick up their phone, they always seem bothered that you’re there and they are not willing to help.
As a former psychiatric nurse, I’d like to say how pleased I am with Pinewood Medical Office on 1488. I see both Dr Tay and Tammy. They are caring, professional and efficient. They have an assistant, I believe her name is Jessie. She is absolutely fabulous! I appreciate her knowledge, honesty and personal experience.
Dr Tay is so great. Explains things very well. I never leave with unanswered questions. His nurse Destiney was very sweet and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with my health in this office hands. Everyone there was friendly, said hello with a smile.
