Most unprofessional incompetent and rude staff i’ve seen i can’t believe this place works with healthcare. Do not come here they never pick up their phone, they always seem bothered that you’re there and they are not willing to help.
As a former psychiatric nurse, I’d like to say how pleased I am with Pinewood Medical Office on 1488. I see both Dr Tay and Tammy. They are caring, professional and efficient. They have an assistant, I believe her name is Jessie. She is absolutely fabulous! I appreciate her knowledge, honesty and personal experience.
Dr Tay is so great. Explains things very well. I never leave with unanswered questions. His nurse Destiney was very sweet and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with my health in this office hands. Everyone there was friendly, said hello with a smile.
Everyone here is beyond friendly and extremely welcoming! I came to see Dr Tay, the endocrinologist, and he has been amazing. I have been having issues for years and multiple doctors have brushed me off but he actually listened to me and validated my feelings! It was very refreshing to have a doctor like that after seeing so many that would not listen to me. The ladies at the front are very kind as well and everyone is super welcoming.
