Dr Tay is so great. Explains things very well. I never leave with unanswered questions. His nurse Destiney was very sweet and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with my health in this office hands. Everyone there was friendly, said hello with a smile.
Everyone here is beyond friendly and extremely welcoming! I came to see Dr Tay, the endocrinologist, and he has been amazing. I have been having issues for years and multiple doctors have brushed me off but he actually listened to me and validated my feelings! It was very refreshing to have a doctor like that after seeing so many that would not listen to me. The ladies at the front are very kind as well and everyone is super welcoming.
The Doc, and everyone there are great. From the front desk to the back desk. They call at the end of the day for call backs, GREAT as we understand that the ladies in the back (who make the calls ) are busy in the middle of the day. So as long as they call me Im pleased. Once again TO THE STAFF AT PINEWOOD MEDICAL CLINIC THANKS FOR ALL THAT YALL DO.
