I have been coming here for years and always leave a tip but today was strange. The lady at the counter was super rude. She made me feel like she didn’t want me there and that she didn’t wanna be there. Luckily there was an older woman there and she remembered my face and apologized to me. Always an awesome day! Absolutely gorgeous area. Definitely more well suited for kayaks rather than canoes sadly...
This was the MOST peaceful and beautiful place!! The stay was $25 per Two people, 1 tent. We had electric and access to kayaks!! We spent the day on the river getting our albino white Michigan skin fried!!! WE WILL BE COMING BACK YEARLY!! This is our new season spot.
