Absolutely horrible landlords. The boiler went out and the building has been without heat for months!!!!! Then they don’t give your full damage deposit back and they charge you $200 to have the carpets shampooed because they’re too cheap to replace the carpets in an apartment that someone lived in for 15 years even if the law requires carpets to be replaced by landlords every 7 years . I am so glad we got my family member out of there. Absolutely disgusting.

I absolutely love this apartment building. Very nice people who live here and I have been living here for almost 2 years and I have no problems here.
