This was our first home in the United States, and we lived here for almost two years and three months. It was a wonderful experience overall. The property is very well maintained, clean, and peaceful. Our unit was one of the renovated ones, which made it feel fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. We got a renovated 1 bed here and lived almost for year and half, moved out because of new job at different place, the people manage this place take care of people here, we had good neighbours all around and wonderful place to live. My wife was stuck outside at 11 PM as I was out late than expected, Dolores gave the spare key and answered call immediately, not everyone does that. Steve likes things meticulously done. Wonderful place to live! The property manager Dolores is so amazing! She is very kind and very helpful. The maintenance man Steve really cares about what he's doing, and takes the time to do things right. All around good people. If you enjoy a quiet and peaceful place to live, I would highly recommend Pinewood Apartments!
I am lived here for over four years and it is an excellent place to live. I am only about five minutes away from Kent University, as well as 10 minutes away from the city of Akron. The community here is very quiet all the neighbors talk to each other and we all get along. Dolores the manager is excellent and whenever I’ve had any issues with Maintenance she’s been on top of it within a day or so excellent place to live. Please consider this place if you’re looking for an apartment
