Been going here 20+ years and not much has changed. You have to be very persistent in order to make any progress with treatment. They offer transportation but the trick is getting someone to answer the phone. You can leave a message giving the details of your appointment and there is about a 50% chance your ride will be scheduled. I've meet people who are attentive, helpful, and compassionate and, at best, saved me from losing a limb. But usually most of my medical and mental health problems go on unaddressed.
