Not a very good experience. Had a repair done and it was not what I expected. Money was returned and had my "Chinese Oriental Wool rug cleaned. Did have some urine areas on it which I knew would be a problem, but it was a waste of my money to have it cleaned. Not what I would have expected from this store. Would not take anything back there to have it cleaned.
