They are so amazing..they are fun and caring. I definitely recommend them 10 out of 10 for sure
It was a horrible experience. Dr White is good, but there is no price transparency, no price stickers on frames or anything else. The office manager is very rude and tried to keep this elderly lady from leaving. After my exam, she said I owed money from over a year ago. Of course, if I had owed last year, 2 different employees wouldn't have told me that my insurance paid and I could have my glasses. My explanation of benefits said my share was 0.
