We had a wonderful experience with the property. We moved here from another property owned by the same companies. Unfortunately when we decided to purchase a house, we terminated our lease early. We agreed to the fee to re-post it and pay until it was filled. We were told the apartment was filled, however they did not tell us there was 3 weeks where the apartment would be vacant so we got charged without notification. This caused a financial burden on us. Trailer park like atmosphere with a $1k/price tag! As long as rent is paid, Tenants can usually do whatever they want to here. I’ve been here 2 years and pay close to $1,000/ month for rent. My upstairs neighbors are allowed to use their balcony as a doggie potty area. Management told me that I should look for another place to live if I can’t get along with my neighbor.... this is seriously the kind of “logic” you have to work with here....
