Place could use alot of tlc. Alot of abandoned and overgrown mobile homes. The park owner/manager (unsure) is sketchy as hell and would make sure to get any agreement in writing. The people staying out there seemed ok and said they had little issues with crime. People seemed no more nosey than anywhere else. Some of the lots seemed a little close. A good cleaning and removal of the nonlivable trailers would up my opinion alot.

Quiet little neighborhood. My mom just moved there. She loves it. She says landlord is a very nice lady.
