wonderful company I have bought seeds from Pine Tree Garden Seeds for many years. What I especially like about them is that you can buy a small packet of seed - just enough for your family - and pay a smaller price than some of the companies charge for way more seed than anyone will use in a season or two. The selection is always good. I also enjoy the other products they sell - for the garden or for making soap or homesteading. Many interesting books, often at big discounts. Check them out!
RecommendedI was hesitant when I ordered as my order was fairly large and reviews recently haven’t been good in most recents. I have to say, to my surprise the order shipped almost the next day and it was delivered Saturday didn’t even take a week. I will definitely be ordering again. Its been a month since I placed and order. No one has reached out to me to say anything about my order. I don’t know what’s going on with the order. I’ve emailed and called. I haven’t heard back from anyone. At this point a refund would be the best thing.
At this point would just like my money back. Over a month since I ordered, and now it's too late to plant most of the items.
spent over 100 dollars again this year on seeds, alot of herbs , did the same last year , and not one package has ever come up, we spent a ton on soils and everything they could recommend, thinking maybe last year it was something we did, but same again this year and we followed everything to the letter , and nothing very disappointing.
Since I ordered my seeds one month ago and still haven't gotten anything, I would expect a notification from the company that they are unable to meet my order. Of course they did take my money.
I placed an order with PineTree on 4/20/2020. I emailed them at the beginning of May requesting a refund because my order still shows a status of "unfulfilled", but got no response. I emailed them again today(5/12/2020) only to recieve the generic covid-19 email about slow shipping. Here its been almost a month and my order still hasn't even been filled.
