Everything about this purchase was exceptional. The prompt call back made ordering easy and the delivery was exactly as they said it would be. I have repeatedly reached out to the owner Garner regarding the poor service I have received from this company. Their placement of the Pinestraw is terrible and the quality of the Pinestraw is even worse. I first met with Garner on June 26th. “We are absolutely coming by next week” he agreed with me that the services under this contract was not adequately done. Garner was a great representative of the company. He explained everything about the company and was not pushy. It’s an investment for sure but he got me a WEEDING. There reaches a point where you have to accept you can’t do it all anymore. I have to say that I was rescheduled three times but this was due to the bad weather we were having.
