Bonnie is awesome!! What a fantastic first experience. Extremely supportive, upbeat, caring space. I could even have my husband and 2 kids involved and able to be there in person, which basically nowhere let's parents do these days haha. So it was an amazing day, and we left feeling heard, safe, and extra excited and ready to have another baby and continue being seen there!! Thanks
This is ONLY for Women and Children's portion of Pines and Pediatrics, as all other types of care are beyond wonderful. Here to agree with Alex Scott's review. Doctors are great, the front desk completely ruins the experience, especially Kathy and her overly done customer service voice. They usually call, leave a voicemail and make you call back to confirm appointments 24 business hours before your appointment, but USUALLY that call is them rescheduling an appointment for a month or more out that you originally made 3 months... read more
